The setting method of HUNGKUNG Innovation Incubation Center

Article 1 Hongguang University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the school) is to integrate the resources of the whole school, cooperate with the school’s goals, government industrial development policies and knowledge economy development plans, build a good innovation and entrepreneurial environment for small and medium-sized manufacturers, and assist in the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized manufacturers. According to the 13th item of Article 9 of the school’s organizational rules, the establishment of the “Hongguang University of Science and Technology Innovation and Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the center)” is specifically formulated.

Article 2 The main tasks of the center are as follows:

1. Make good use of the school’s resources to support the development of innovative small and medium-sized manufacturers in a task-oriented manner.

2. Constructing a perfect and nurturing environment to promote the vigorous development of industry-university cooperation in our school

3. Encourage the transfer of the school’s research and development results and assist in the commercialization of the technology.

4. Expand the service level of industry-university cooperation and create diversified service effects.

5. Integrate industry and service resources, and work together to enhance the international competitiveness of regional industries.

6. Provide student internship places to increase student employment opportunities.

Article 3 The center’s placement director, technical project manager, and business project manager are each one. The center director comprehensively manages the center’s business, and the principal hires full-time associate professors and above teachers in the school to serve concurrently; technical project managers and business project managers are hired by the principal to hire professionals from inside and outside the school As it is, he is responsible for assisting the director of the center to perform the following services:

1. Responsible for the provision of hardware and software equipment, space allocation, and personnel deployment required by the resident manufacturers, and provide information on government subsidies, and assist in applying for government agency plans.

2. Coordinate to find appropriate professors to set up courses required by manufacturers or to introduce appropriate professional professors to serve as consultants for entering manufacturers or other related cooperation matters.

3. Promote the business of the center, solicit small and medium-sized enterprises to settle in, and hold exhibitions on the achievements of settled manufacturers and investment briefings from time to time.

4. Manage the center’s current revenue and expenditure and various cooperation funds between the manufacturers and the school.

Article 4 The center has a group of consultants and consultants, which are held by teachers in the school and professionals outside the school, who are responsible for providing consulting and solutions for various professions and practices.

Article 5 The sources of funds required by the center are mainly manufacturer’s cooperation funds, center self-raised funds and government project plan subsidies, and are based on the principle of self-sufficiency.

Article 6 This key point needs to be approved by the school’s administrative meeting, and Chen asked the principal to implement it after approval. The amendment is also the same.
