主 旨： 檢送本校專案研發中心執行經濟部中小及新創企業署主辦之「115年度臺灣創育課程」，敬請惠予公告並轉知貴校相關單位及人員踴躍報名參與，請查照。

說 明：
為培育創育機構專業人才，強化創育服務量能及促進產業、資金與市場資源鏈結，經濟部中小及新創企業署特規劃辦理「115年度臺灣創育課程」。課程以國際 InBIA 課程架構為基礎，延續114年度課程精神，聚焦「創育機構定位、服務、經營及設置」四大面向，透過系統化課程及實地參訪交流，協助學員瞭解創育機構營運模式、新創培育機制及產業合作實務。課程內容結合國內外實務案例及專家經驗分享，涵蓋創育機構營運管理、資源鏈結、創業輔導及產業合作等議題，並安排參訪國內標竿創育機構及企業創新平台，透過現場觀摩與交流，促進創育機構、新創團隊及產業夥伴間之經驗分享與合作鏈結。一、臺北場
(一)日期：115年6月24日（三）至6月26日（五）。
(二)課程地點：中國文化大學推廣教育部大新館。
(三)參訪地點：南港軟體育成中心、中華電信加速器。
二、 高雄場
(一)日期：115年7月8日（三）至7月10日（五）。
(二)課程地點：亞灣新創園。
(三)參訪地點：國立高雄科技大學產業創新園區、贏地創新育成基地。
三、 參加對象：
(一)創育機構及育成中心從業人員。
(二)新創企業及中小企業代表。
(三)企業創新、投資、策略及永續發展相關部門人員。
(四)對創新創業及創育議題有興趣者。

Please assist in announcing the 2026 Taiwan Entrepreneurship Education Program and forward the information to relevant units and personnel for registration.

Description:

1. The program is organized by the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and implemented by Chinese Culture University’s Project R&D Center. It aims to cultivate incubation professionals, strengthen incubation services, and promote connections among industry, funding, and market resources.

2. The program includes courses and site visits focusing on incubation institution positioning, services, operations, and establishment.

3. Sessions:
Taipei Session: June 24–26, 2026, at Chinese Culture University, with visits to Nankang Software Incubator and Chunghwa Telecom Accelerator.
Kaohsiung Session: July 8–10, 2026, at Startup Terrace Kaohsiung, with visits to NKUST Industry Innovation Park and Win-Win Innovation and Incubation Base.

4. Participants include incubation center personnel, startups, SMEs, corporate innovation-related personnel, and those interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.
