1. Handle all-round cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises
2. Promote exchanges and industry-university cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises or institutions in neighboring areas and the school
3. Introduce government-related industry guidance resources
4. Handle strategic alliances, peer exchanges, cross-industry exchanges and other activities
5. Execute technology transfer work
6. Execute and control the innovation incubation plan

1. Handle the business related to the settled enterprises (contact with manufacturers, related charging operations, settlement and relocation procedures, application for passes and fire insurance, product display and planning, etc.).
2. Assist manufacturers in negotiation and matchmaking, operation and management guidance, and assist in the application of relevant government subsidy program resources.
3. To compile and compile data on the entrepreneurial achievements of teachers and students on campus.
4. Implement the higher education development plan (focusing on Three C-1: product/service innovation and commercialization capabilities).
5. Fill in the basic school affairs database of the Ministry of Education
6. Administrative affairs of the center.
