Description:

1. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter from the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration dated June 4, 2026, Ref. No. 11509002951.

2. Enclosed are one copy each of the Administration’s letter, the amended provisions, the general explanation of the amendments, the comparison table of amendments, and the promulgation order.
