主 旨： 有關本校辦理「115年創新創業線上論壇」課程，敬請貴校公告周知，詳如說明，請查照。

說 明：
一、 旨揭課程將以「新創法律地圖」為主軸，協助學員建立創業歷程中各階段應注意之法律觀念與整體架構。課程邀請立勤國際法律事務所黃沛聲主持律師擔任講者，分享其近18年輔導新創企業之實務經驗，深入解析公司設立、股權規劃、契約管理及智慧財產等重要法律議題，協助上課學員掌握不同規劃方式對企業經營與發展之影響，建立創業所需之法務思維與風險管理能力。
二、 參加對象：大專院校教職員及學生。
三、 課程日期：2026年8月19日至11月25日(12:00至13:30)，原則上隔週三授課乙次，共計8次，詳細上課日期請詳附件EDM。

1. The course focuses on a “Legal Roadmap for Startups,” covering company formation, equity planning, contract management, intellectual property, and startup risk management.

2. Participants: Faculty members, staff, and students of colleges and universities.

3. Dates: August 19 to November 25, 2026, from 12:00 to 13:30, generally held every other Wednesday for a total of eight sessions.
